From May 6 to 9, 2026, the 34th Vietnam International Pharmaceutical, Medical Equipment Exhibition (Vietnam Medi-Pharm 2026), supported by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam, was successfully held at the Friendship Cultural Palace in Hanoi. Since its inception in 1994, the exhibition has evolved into Vietnam’s largest and most professional platform for medical industry exchange. This year’s event brought together hundreds of enterprises from over 15 countries and regions, and hosted multiple specialized forums focusing on trending topics such as digital healthcare transformation and preventive medicine.Ansen Medicalpresented its core products—including battery-powered bone surgery devices, polymer bandages, and splints—at Booth A230, engaging in in-depth discussions with numerous medical professionals and business partners from across Southeast Asia, showcasing the professionalism and practicality of Chinese orthopedic medical devices.

Throughout the exhibition, the Ansen Medicalbooth maintained a consistently high level of visitor engagement. Attendees included orthopedic surgeons from hospitals in Hanoi, medical equipment distributors from Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, as well as industry partners who traveled specifically from neighboring countries. Through live equipment demonstrations, performance comparisons, and hands-on trial experiences, the Ansenteam enabled visitors to quickly grasp the key features of its products. A procurement manager from a private hospital in Vietnam remarked that Ansen’s battery-powered surgical tools were compact and ergonomic, making them highly suitable for use in emergency departments and primary healthcare facilities.

During interactions, many physicians expressed strong interest in Ansen’s polymer bandages and splints. Given Vietnam’s tropical climate, traditional plaster bandages are often heavy, non-breathable, and uncomfortable for patients. In contrast, Ansen’s polymer products are lightweight, breathable, waterproof, and exhibit excellent X-ray translucency—effectively addressing these longstanding clinical challenges.

The battery-powered bone surgery device also attracted significant attention. Its cordless design, portability, and low operational noise make it particularly well-suited to local conditions, where many operating rooms face outdated infrastructure and limited power outlets.

Through this exhibition, the Ansen Medicalteam gained deeper insights into Vietnam’s medical device market—particularly regarding regulatory entry requirements, distribution channels, and customer preferences. Vietnam is currently undergoing a period of medical equipment modernization, with upgrades in public hospitals and expansion of private clinics driving substantial demand. At the same time, local customers place high value on cost-effectiveness and prompt service response. Several distributors clearly expressed interest in learning more about Ansen’s products and agency policies, and initial business connections have already been established.Looking ahead, Ansen Medicalwill continue to leverage reliable products and an open collaboration mindset to partner with global stakeholders, delivering dependable orthopedic solutions to more patients in need.
